Our Story: A Passion for Fresh Coffee
At Coffee Wizards, great coffee isn’t just what we do—it’s what we love.
Our story began more than 15 years ago when Jeff, one of our founders, started roasting coffee at home as a hobby. He quickly discovered something special: freshly roasted coffee offered a flavor and experience that store-bought coffee simply couldn’t match. What began as a personal passion grew into a commitment to finding great coffees, carefully roasting each batch, and bringing out the unique flavors of every bean.
Meanwhile, Dawna, our other founder, had always dreamed of opening a coffee shop in her community. In June 2020, we brought those two passions together and opened Coffee Wizards at our current location in Post, Texas—a place where freshly roasted coffee and a welcoming coffee shop come together.

Today, Coffee Wizards is where our love for great coffee meets our love for serving people. Customers visit us from near and far to enjoy their favorite drinks, discover new flavors, and experience the difference that freshly roasted coffee makes.
